The Details
Rate: $20/hr
Hourly: The floral studio assistant can expect to work 1-3 days per week for 3-5 hours per shift. Scheduling is very flexible, but availability during weekends and peak seasons is expected.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Etsy and Online Shop orders
-
Assist in processing and preparing flowers for arrangements and events
-
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
-
Help with deliveries, setups, and breakdowns as needed
-
Support florists with packaging and wrapping bouquets
-
Light administrative tasks such as inventory tracking and supply restocking
-
Additional duties such as farmers’ market booth tending, pop-up flower cart attendant, etc. as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in floral design or retail is a plus but not required
-
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
-
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a flexible schedule

A passion for flowers and a willingness to learn
